25% deposit or equivalent of one nights accommodation whichever is the greater or credit cards details. Credit cards are not processed until arrival, however, cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be debited. Full tariff is payable for “no show”.

Overseas

Payment in full due at time of booking. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date are eligible for refund.

Refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date

Refunds will be made in extenuating circumstances or where we have been able to re-sell the accommodation. A $50 handling fee applies to all refunds.

Other

Smoke free environment. Smoking permitted outside only away from guest areas.
