Australia
- We require a 50% deposit or credit card details (credit cards are not processed until arrival) at time of booking.
- Full tariff is payable for “no show”.

Overseas
- Payment in full due at time of booking.
- Visa & Mastercard.
Cancellations
- Australia: cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be fully debited.
- Overseas: cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival date are eligible for refund.
- Refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be made in extenuating circumstances or where we have been able to re-sell the accommodation.
- A $50 handling fee applies to all refunds.
Smoking
We offer a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted outside away from guest areas.
